Celebrity Thursday: Amy Adams

She’s relatively new on the celebrity scene but already has made quite an impact.  Her movies have all been pretty popular including a very imaginative, sort of for kids but funny for adults movie, Enchanted.  My two boys didn’t like it but I thought it was great.  Then there was her role as Julie in Julie and Julia. A young, aspiring cook who decides to make every recipe in Julia Child’s Famous book, “The Art of French Cooking” and blog about it.  Frankly the best parts of the movie are when Meryl Streep is on the screen playing Julia Child for all she’s worth, but Amy holds her own next to such a formidable presence.
